Replacement Policy
Review Process
Once we receive your email along with the video evidence, we will review the concern within 2-5 business days. If the claim is approved, we will arrange for a replacement or provide an appropriate resolution.
Note
- Replacements are subject to availability. If the item is out of stock, a suitable alternative or store credit may be offered.
- Pronaari reserves the right to decline any replacement request that doesn't comply with our policy or lacks sufficient evidence.
- This policy applies to online orders only.
Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for a replacement, please ensure you:
- Record a full, uncut unboxing video showing the package from the moment it is opened.
- Ensure all labels and product tags are clearly visible in the video.
- Send the video to support@pronaari.com within 24 hours of delivery.
