At Pronaari, due to the nature of our curated jewelry collections, we do not accept returns, and all sales are considered final. However, we understand that issues may arise, and we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds will only be considered under the following exceptional circumstances:

  • You received an incorrect item.
  • The product was damaged on arrival.
  • The parcel was visibly tampered with or damaged during transit.

Refund Process

To be eligible for a refund, customers must:

  • Record a full, uncut unboxing video showing the package from the moment it is opened, ensuring all labels and product tags are clearly visible.
  • Send the video to us at support@pronaari.com within 24 hours of delivery. Any requests beyond this period will not be accepted.
  • The video acts as proof and helps us investigate the issue with our shipping partners.

Processing Time

Once we receive your email along with the video evidence, we will review the concern within 2-5 business days. If the claim is approved, the refund will be issued only after product inspection.

Important Notes

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after approval.
  • Pronaari reserves the right to decline any refund request that doesn't comply with our policy or lacks sufficient evidence.
  • In cases where a refund is not possible, we may offer a replacement or store credit as an alternative.
