Order Confirmation
Once placed, orders cannot be modified or cancelled.
Shipping
- Free shipping on orders above ₹999.
- Shipping charges apply for orders below ₹999 based on your location.
Delivery Time
Orders are dispatched within 2 to 4 working days. Delivery takes 3–6 working days after dispatch.
Returns
Only accepted for damaged or defective items, with valid unboxing video proof.
Refunds
Issued only after product inspection. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Product Care
Pronaari is not responsible for damage due to misuse or improper handling.
Disputes
